In my Motivation section, you will see I enjoy taking photos of things I see on my walks. Here is a small selection. If you are interested in using any of the photos, send me an email and please credit me and reference this page. If you want to use for commercial purposes please let me know and we can work out a good price for a high res image.

I am encouraging you and steering you towards a healthier lifestyle, but you need to know yourself, and listen to your body. If you hurt, take a break. If you don’t feel good after exercise, see a doctor. If you haven’t been exercising, start really slowly and consider seeing a doctor for a checkup and letting them know you are starting an exercise plan. If any of the alongside categories apply to you, definitely see a doctor before you start any exercise plan or diet!

Pregnant or trying to become pregnant, or breastfeeding
Children (unless monitored by a Pediatrician)
Adults over the age of 50 (unless monitored by a physician)
Health problems like: heart problems, kidney problems, stomach or bowel problems, anemia, high or low blood pressure

The main thing is be sensible, don’t overdo it. Get regular health checks!
